Alaska Airlines has an eye towards innovation. In 2023, E-commerce leaders made a call for concepts during the Hackathon, a 3-day sprint to design and present compelling new concepts. This year's theme was The Future of Flying.
I gathered my team of fellow like-minded, passionate designers and developers to work on our concept. We envisioned pushing the limits of AI interactions by making it conversational through natural speech. We also saw the potential of VR and spatial computing technology for improving the booking experience.
